It’s a promise we made to ourselves.

After years of doing what we thought we were supposed to do — building careers, chasing stability and trying to fit into spaces that never quite felt like ours — we decided to take the leap.

And Untamed was born.

Two people, one smoker and an idea to build something bold, independent and completely unapologetic.

What started small quickly became something bigger. We’ve cooked through the night, sold out, popped up in new places, collaborated with brilliant independents and built an incredible community around the food we love.

Now it’s Untamed 2.0.

We’re taking the smoke on the road with pop-ups, events, pub takeovers and collaborations, alongside weddings, private parties and bespoke catering.

Good food. Good people. Unexpected places.
